Held on the first Monday evening of the month 7 – 8.30 at Hillside Retreat – all welcome N.B. from November to February this will move to the afternoon 2 – 3.30 pm
Meditation at Hillside Retreat is a mixture of guided meditation, silence and some sharing, finishing with a cup of tea. It is an opportunity to come into the present moment through your body and stilling our minds. There is a very peaceful energy created when a group get together to meditate.
It is not necessary to have done any meditation before – everyone welcome. It is helpful if you can email me to let me know you are intending to come. I look forward to sharing in the inner stillness with you. No charge just a small donation towards refreshments.
